1. Introduction

These Seller Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ToolsTribe platform as a seller. By registering and listing products on ToolsTribe, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Seller Registration

• Sellers must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.

• ToolsTribe reserves the right to approve or reject any seller account.

• Sellers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

3. Marketplace Role

• ToolsTribe acts as an online marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers.

• The actual contract of sale is between the seller and the buyer.

• ToolsTribe is not responsible for product quality, accuracy, or seller obligations.

4. Product Listings

• Sellers must ensure that all product details (title, description, images, specifications) are accurate and not misleading.

• Listing prohibited, illegal, or restricted products is strictly forbidden.

• ToolsTribe reserves the right to remove or modify any listing.

5. Pricing & Commission

• Sellers are responsible for setting product prices.

• ToolsTribe may charge a commission/fee on each sale (as per agreement).

• All applicable taxes (including GST) must be properly included and declared by the seller.

6. Orders & Fulfillment

• Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the defined timeline.

• Proper packaging and safe delivery are the seller’s responsibility.

• Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Sellers must comply with ToolsTribe’s Return & Refund Policy.

• Sellers are responsible for accepting eligible returns and processing refunds.

• Disputes may be reviewed and resolved by ToolsTribe.

8. Payments & Settlements

• Payments will be processed after order completion, subject to deductions (commission, fees, returns, etc.).

• Settlement cycles and timelines will be defined by ToolsTribe.

• ToolsTribe is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

9. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to:

• Maintain product quality and authenticity

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Avoid fraudulent or misleading practices

• Provide proper customer support when required

10. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Sell counterfeit or illegal products

• Manipulate pricing or mislead customers

• Abuse the platform or engage in fraudulent transactions

11. Suspension & Termination

• ToolsTribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations.

• Repeated complaints, poor performance, or fraudulent activity may lead to permanent removal.

12. Limitation of Liability

• ToolsTribe shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from seller activities.

• Sellers are solely responsible for their products, transactions, and customer interactions.

13. Indemnification

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold ToolsTribe harmless from any claims, losses, or legal disputes arising from their products or actions.

14. Intellectual Property

• Sellers must ensure they have the rights to use product images, content, and trademarks.

• Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

15. Modifications

• ToolsTribe reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
