About Tools Tribe

Industrial tools and MRO supplies, sold straight — no middleman.

Tools Tribe is a business-to-business supplier of industrial tools, spare parts and MRO consumables, based in Patna, Bihar, and delivering across India.

We exist for a specific buyer: the factory owner, workshop supervisor, maintenance engineer or purchase manager who needs the right part quickly, at a fair price, with paperwork their accountant will accept. That is the whole business.

Tools Tribe is not a marketplace. We are not a directory of other people's shops. We buy our own stock, hold it in our own warehouse, set our own prices, raise our own invoice and handle our own returns.

Hand tools, power tools, fasteners and fittings, abrasives, safety equipment, agricultural and garden tools, commercial kitchen equipment, and the everyday consumables a working site runs through.

Our catalogue grows every week as we add lines our customers ask for. If you need something we do not list, send us an enquiry — sourcing to order is a normal part of what we do.

Every order ships with a proper GST tax invoice carrying our GSTIN, the correct HSN code for each item, and the tax split. If you have given us your GSTIN, it is printed on the invoice, so your input tax credit is claimable in the ordinary way.

This is not an add-on or an upgrade. It is how every order works, including small ones.

Our shipments are sent as Open Box Delivery. The courier opens the package in front of you at the doorstep so you can see what is inside before you accept it. If it is the wrong item, or it has been damaged in transit, you can refuse it on the spot and you are refunded in full.

For repeat requirements, larger quantities or an annual rate contract, use the Request for Quotation form on the site or call us. Quantity pricing is negotiated, not automatic — tell us what you consume and we will quote against it.
