The 25AK Tip Holder is a Binzel-style consumable used in MB-25AK-type air-cooled MIG/MAG welding torches, where it holds the contact tip in place, transfers welding current to the wire, and helps coordinate shielding gas flow. Holders in this class are typically M6-threaded and made from brass or a copper alloy (E-Cu/CuCrZr) for good conductivity, sized for wire diameters of 0.8-1.2mm.
