This Kangaroo flap wheel is graded Grit-80. Under the FEPA P-grade grit system used for coated abrasives (ISO 6344) — the system India's BIS IS 715:2002 standard for coated abrasives is aligned with — Grit-80 corresponds to an average abrasive grain size of about 201 microns. That places it in the medium-coarse range, generally better suited to stock removal and rough grinding than fine surface finishing.
